The 2018 Baltimore City Disaster Preparedness and Planning Project, or DP3, is Baltimore’s all-hazard mitigation and climate adaptation plan. The plan identifies natural hazards that the city is vulnerable to, such as flooding and extreme heat, and delineates strategies and actions to help the city both mitigate and adapt to impacts. We’ve completed a 2021 DP3 Status Report to outline the progress has been made over the last few years.
