Green Network Plan Focus Area Charrette – Sandtown-Winchester & Harlem Park Neighborhoods

Purpose: Pilot Area – Development of a land use and design strategy for the Sandtown-Winchester and Harlem Park neighborhoods as part of the Baltimore City Green Network Plan. This design strategy will focus on strategic demolition of abandoned buildings, creating new neighborhood greening opportunities with connections to existing parks and green spaces and identifying projects that can spur new investment in neighborhood stabilization, revitalization, and redevelopment.
