Green Network Plan Focus Area Charrette – Shipley Hill, Boyd-Both, and Carrollton Ridge Neighborhoods

Purpose: Pilot Area – Development of a land use and design strategy for the Shipley Hill, Boyd-Booth, and Carrollton Ridge neighborhoods to compliment the Frederick Elementary School INSPIRE Plan and the Baltimore City Green Network Plan. This strategy will focus on strategic demolition of abandoned buildings, creating new neighborhood greening opportunities with connections to existing parks and green spaces and identifying projects that can spur new investment in neighborhood stabilization, revitalization and redevelopment.
